Battle For Supremacy 2009
Monday, 7 December 2009
The Dew Battle for Supremacy will return in 2009 at Melbourne's
Federation Square on December 12th. This year the invitational
competition will take place on a custom-built street course, designed
by Shane O'Neill with help from Jeff "Skunk" Williams, with a massive
$20, 000 prize purse.
Renton Millar emailed us with a run-down of the event:
11am Rego opens
11.30am Course opens for practice 1.30pm Rider briefing & course inspection 2pm Heat 1
2.30pm Heat 2
3pm Heat 3
3.30pm Heat 4
4.15pm Final practice
4.25pm Final jam (24mins)
5.15pm Winner announcement & presentation

The Slam Skater of the Year and Slam New Gen Skater of the year.

Then, 13 skaters are selected based on last year's performance in the skateboard limelight.
